The authorities said that the construction of the Barakah Nuclear Plant located in Al Dhafra has reached the advanced stage of completion and the first reactors of the nuclear power plant is already done with its construction.
It is estimated that once all the four reactors start with their operations, the new power plant would be generating nearly a quarter of the electricity needs of the United Arabs Emirates.
